What a colorful family-based community celebration! Obviously, this was my first Day of the Dead event. Congratulations! Afterward, I thought it might be a good place for a voter registration table -- but you may already have considered that idea.
Also, Kate Metheny of the Greenlawn Abbey (east of the Cemetery) said you could borrow their outdoor sound system -- to share the Huntington Chapel's music with others in the immediate outdoor area (next year), and draw more people inside for the lovely performances and architecture and mingling.
